Booking is simple:<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Pay the remaining balance in cash on the day of the activity at the meeting point<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Once your booking is confirmed, you\u2019ll receive all important details by email.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

      Do I need to book in advance?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

      We highly recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability, especially in July and August.<\/span><\/p>\n

      However, it is often possible to book one day before or even on the same day, depending on open spaces and logistics.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

      What is your cancellation policy?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

      • More than 7 days \u2192 refund minus 21% administrative fee<\/span><\/li>\n

        You pay a deposit online when booking, and the rest is paid in cash on the day of the tour.<\/span><\/p>\n

        When do tours operate?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

        Season: April 1st to October 31st \u2014 every day<\/span><\/p>\n

        We usually offer departures in:<\/span><\/p>\n

        • afternoon<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Schedules may vary depending on river conditions and logistics.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

          What happens if the weather is bad or river levels change?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

          Activities operate in most weather conditions. If safety or river levels make the planned section unsafe, we will always offer the best possible alternative. This can include:<\/span><\/p>\n

          • adjusting the river section<\/span><\/li>\n
          • rescheduling the tour<\/span><\/li>\n
          • or offering a voucher for a future visit<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Do I need previous rafting\/kayaking experience?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

            No previous experience is required. Our guides explain everything before entering the river and take care of you throughout the activity.<\/span><\/p>\n

            Basic swimming ability and comfort in water are recommended.<\/span><\/p>\n

            How many people fit in one raft?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>
