Our yoga experiences are designed to be accessible, grounding and deeply nourishing, blending mindful movement, breathwork and meditation with the calm energy of the Alpine landscape.
Yoga at Paddle Soča is open to everyone, whether you are new to yoga or already familiar with the practice. Sessions are intentionally guided in a welcoming, down-to-earth way, focusing on presence, awareness and connection rather than performance. It’s the perfect complement to days spent rafting, kayaking or exploring the valley — a space to slow down, breathe and reset.
All classes are led by certified instructors and take place in nature whenever conditions allow, surrounded by forest, mountains and the soothing sounds of the Soča River.
